Hybrid training is programming to simultaneously increase your performance in both strength and endurance using two different training methods. I specialize in hybrid training utilizing weightlifting and running. Increasing muscular strength while also improving cardiovascular performance-you aren’t doing one to enhance the other, but rather training both in equal parts. For a long time, coaches and athletes have been laser focused on either a) strength or b) endurance, but rarely a programming style to combine the two to push an athlete to peak performance. Exercise selection, programming and training load is essential when it comes to hybrid training.

I approached Hayes a little over a year ago to help me get in shape after having two children. In the last year she has taught me an incredible amount about lifting and technique. She is extremely patient and breaks every movement down and will adjust for injuries/soreness. Hayes always has a smile on her face and so fun to train with!
